The photo that Luigi Ghirri has taken is a very dull image. The blue wall of the building seems to have a grey wash to it, making it seen more dull. This also gives the sense that it was taken from a distance and was zoomed in because of the colour blur. It also give the sense of the environment to be very hazy with a lot of fog or pollution. It gives off a negative emotion to it. The glow of the light catch the eyes of the viewers because of the contrast between the cool background and the warm red lights. There is a sense of symmetry in age image of the lights on either side as well as the split in the windows with 1.5 windows on each side.
